Guard Texas, a security company with 15+ years of experience, struggled with manual scheduling and communication, impacting efficiency and employee satisfaction. We designed a mobile app to streamline these processes and improve overall operations.

User Research

Qualitative

User interviews and focus groups revealed key pain points: delayed assignments, unclear information, and inefficient communication. Guards needed clear, timely communication, mobile accessibility, and a user-friendly platform.

Quantitative

Surveys and usage pattern analysis highlighted areas for app usability and communication flow improvements. KPIs emphasized the importance of simplification for employee engagement.
